Are your marshmallows gluten-free and dairy-free?
Most of our marshmallow flavors are naturally gluten-free; however, some specialty flavors containing cookies or biscuit pieces may contain gluten. All our marshmallows are dairy-free unless specified in the ingredients list.
How long do the marshmallows stay fresh?
Our marshmallows are best enjoyed within 4-6 weeks of delivery. To maintain their fluffy texture, store them in a cool, dry place in an airtight container away from direct sunlight.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our treats worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Can I place a custom order for a wedding or event?
Absolutely! We love being part of your special day. We offer custom colors, flavors, and personalized packaging for weddings, corporate events, and parties. Please contact our events team via the contact form for a quote.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
Are your marshmallows suitable for vegetarians?
Our standard marshmallow recipe uses beef gelatin, so they are not suitable for vegetarians. We are currently working on a vegan-friendly range, so stay tuned for updates!
